One Month Old (yesterday) (:

I'm one day late on this Post, but none the less I wanted to say our little Hayden is ONE MONTH OLD! And I cannot believe how the time has gone by so fast. Already he is growing, and getting so strong. He is so beautiful. My sister-in-law Val has inspired me to... copy her. She would take a picture of her little boy Isaac by a bear to show much he had grown. And well since I just think that is a great idea, I have decided to do it also. Thanks Val!

Best Buds

There is just something about a Father and a Son. They bond together by "doing" whether it is fishing, watching sports, eating, or whatever it may be. There doesn't have to be any conversation involved, and it starts from the very beginning, it is just the time they spend together. I watch Jordan with Hayden and I can tell they already are "Best Buds"! I can't wait to see all the things they will enjoy doing together as they grow. Right now, one of their favorite activities is NAPS, oh boy do they love to nap together. HA HA, it is awesome. It will get quite, and I know they are both in the other room, I will walk around the corner and there they are sawing logs. I had more pictures but Jordan got a hold of them, and well Digital can be deleted. I like this one though because I came in the room, not quietly either, Regis had barked excitedly, and nothing phased either of them. I also like that Hayden's mouth is open and Jordan's hand is in his pocket. (:

Great Gramps

Last weekend Hayden was able to meet his Great Grandpa Bohling. My mom's dad. I know he has already met my Nana (my mom's mother) although she passed away in November of 2008, because I am pretty sure it was my Nana who sent Hayden down to us so fast.

Stuff we do aka Hobbies

Jordan and I probably won't make the BLOG as near as much as Hayden, but I thought some of you might be interested in us a little bit. Recent events I finished my second half marathon, it was the Salt Lake half. And I am trying to see if I can be picked in the lottery draft for the St. George marathon. Who knows maybe secretly I will be relieved if I am not. As for Jordan, his second semester in Graduate school is almost over (Yahoo!) and the weather is getting warm so he has already hit the green. He loves to Golf so I am sure he will be out as much as possible.

Growing Boy!

Wow how fast he has grown. Today Hayden went in for his two week check up, and he has grown so much already. His little thighs and cheeks are starting to fill in, and his eye lashes are so pretty (yes pretty)

Our Easter Bunny

Even though he didn't quite understand, we thought we would try and involve him as much as possible with the Easter traditions.

Finally a Grandpa and a Nana!

The day finally came for my parents, they are now grandparents, or my dad is "Grandpa" and my mom is "Nana" (from our Dutch Family History.) They are so excited and you can read it on their faces.
They love spending time with Hayden. When we were coming down for Easter weekend we had called to let them know in advance that we were coming. My dad said to me on the phone "I have first dibs to hold Hayden." I said back to him, "so mom doesn't get to even though she hasn't seen him yet?" (because she had been in the Hospital) and then he paused for a little bit before his reply which was..."well she will have to flip me for it."
My parents immediately went out and bought a porta-crib for Hayden's visit, and they can't wait for all the grandkids that will fill it through out the years. They are such loving and giving people, if I didn't know they would spoil my son with love equally if not more than gifts I would be worried. I know that Hayden will be loved sooooo much he won't ever have to wonder how his family feels for him.
